ANNUAL BUSINESS MEETING
AND BOARD NOMINATIONS
CFA Members,
We have made it through the 2020 year and already stepping into our third month of this new year of 2021. I want to draw your attention to our upcoming Annual Business Meeting which will take place on Sunday, April 11, 2021 from 1pm-2pm.
Currently, these are our serving Official Board Members and their terms:
- Teresa Hall (2nd Term) March 2017 - March 2020
- Japheth Johnson (1st Term) March 2017 - March 2020
- Bill Tackett (1st Term) March 2020 - March 2023
- Vacant Position from 2020
We have to fill two positions at this years Annual Business Meeting, the vacant position as left from Ben Thompson and Teresa Hall's position as she has served her second term, plus some. I want to take the time to thank Bill Tackett for accepting the role in midstream of a pandemic to fill the sudden vacancy created and Japheth Johnson and Teresa Hall for extenuating their service to help steady the ship through the pandemic uncertainties of 2020 as well. Our nominations for the two positions will begin on March 7th with members only being eligible to nominate and be nominated. All nominations will be need to to be turned in by March 14th.
